The Absolute Group alongside property consultant firm Jones Lang LaSalle, opened its doors to investors across Asia for luxury residential development, yooPhuket, on 5 February at the St. Regis hotel, Singapore.

yooPhuket comprises 256 stylishly designed apartments and penthouses with interior furnishings from yoo brand’s top-class interior designers as well as luxurious amenities such as  infinity pools and poolside cabanas, to outdoor fireplaces with palm-lined relaxation areas and a yoga and wellbeing spa.

Investors can choose to own the units or take part in a fractional ownership. Speaking at the launch party in St. Regis , Charlotte Rose Melsom, global director of PR, Marketing & Branding, Absolute Developments stated: “Absolute has been the pioneer of fractional ownership in this area and we mean to make luxury properties more accessible to everyone. Also, we are trying to tap into the holiday makers market.”

Fractional ownership of a studio apartment includes use of a powerboat and golf club membership that starts from US$70,000 while prices for whole ownership of two-bedroom units start at US$195,750 and penthouse units cost from US$462,750.

Clients can also choose to customise their apartments with over 20 items available from the yoo brand.

yooPhuket is located at Phuket, Thailand, a sought after destination among investors. The island was also named “destination of the year” by Conde Nast in 2009.
