Luxe's Manor has launched "The Sixth Phuket", the first Lifestyle Shophouse in Patong Beach. It has a distinctive architectural design, with the Sino-Portuguese style of old Phuket. There are now spaces for rent, suitable for various businesses.

Mrs. Sorrawee Phuttarojatham - General Manager of Luxe's Manor, the developer of "The Sixth Phuket" said the company recognises the importance and potential for marketing in today's consumer-focused climate. "The Sixth Phuket" is located on 1 Rai of land located on the corner of Bangla Road, Patong Beach, Kathu, Phuket. The spaces for rent are on 3 floors, with areas of 3,150 sqm (including a lease) a central area of 2350m by 800m. 42 rental shop units are also available. Underground car parking for 90 vehicles will open in November 2554.
