Exotic Fine Dining or Dishes From Home – The Best Absolute Resorts Restaurants

October 28, 2013

We at Absolute World know that when our clients come on one of our holiday clubs in Thailand, they look forward to eating beautiful food in beautiful restaurants.

For surely one of the best things about being on holiday in a hotel in Phuket is the accessibility to some delicious and authentic Thai food, with its mélange of spices famous the world over. However, we are also aware that sometimes guests also hanker after something from ‘home’, which we have tried to incorporate in the menus of our first-class restaurants situated in our luxury resorts.

  • Climax restaurant is situated in what has to be one of our coolest resorts to date – Absolute Bangla Suites – which opened in the heart of the action of Patong’s most vibrant street Soi Bangla several years ago. And without doubt one of the coolest elements of this hotel in Phuket is Climax, which sits high up on the roof enjoying unrivalled views of the town that never sleeps. From the comfortable seating in the bar and restaurant around the candle lit pool, customers have almost a 360 view of Patong. The restaurants serves international food such as Thai Shrimp Cake and Homemade Aubergine Lasagna which is perfect washed down with delicious cocktails served at the bar.
  • Another of our Phuket resorts – Absolute Sea Pearl – boasts the excellent Pappadums restaurant which serves delicious cuisine on a noticeably Indian theme. Absolute Pearl Beach Resort is one of the most renowned hotels in Phuket, and hugely popular amongst our clients as a holiday club option. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we are assured the butter chicken and onion bhajis are to die for.
  • Equally as impressive is the Blue Mango restaurant in the Absolute Twin Sands resort, which has attracted rave reviews for its excellent cuisine in the short time it has been opened. The menu is international, with specials such as Pan fried fillet of red snapper served with sweet red cabbage, baby carrots and lime beurre blanc sauce and Home baked pear and ricotta tart served with lemon and Cointreau cream.
